After starting at CVC as a receptionist, I sort of “fell into” the optician position. I love helping our patients find the perfect frame to match their personalities. Getting glasses (whether for a first-timer or for a patient who has worn glasses for years) can be an overwhelming task so I try to make it fun and have patients see the glasses as an accessory. When I’m not in the optical department, you can find me helping greet patients at the reception desk or assisting doctors with patient needs.
